You can apply for PG Diploma courses in colleges under SPP. Some colleges include Durham , George Brown, Humber College etc. MS programs will be extremely difficult after 3 year degree.

You can if you have something extraordinary in your profile. Without work experience, you will need something additional and special in your profile for them to admit you. You must also go through HBS website to learn about the MBA requirements and prepare accordingly. You can also see the HBS 2+2 program for freshers, again it will also require an excellent profile.
