Many of colleges and Universities are offering the BBA programme as regular or distance learning education. Students can pursue this course full-time or distance mode. The value of full-time course is considered more over the distance mode.
In India, the accreditation body for BBA is AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education). There are different accreditation bodies in different countries.

Maths is not compulsory to take admission in B.Com in human resource management. But do check with the college in which you want to take admission, as individual might have different eligibility criteria.

You have to take the GRE or GMAT ad TOEFL to pursue your PG in USA. Different universities have different admission requirements and the average test score requirements so you have to start visiting university websites for all these information including deadlines etc. Start preparing atleast a year ahead of the intakes, the application process takes time so you have to start early.

Chances of getting admitted will be less. You already hold necessary qualifications. Without any concrete reasons as to why you want to study a diploma course in HR having already completed your MBA in HR universities won't be interested. Rather, you should get a job and gain some experience if you don't have yet and then apply to a relevant PG or PG Diploma course.
