Hi Rahul Sharma,
Seems to be tough luck with those grades. Please apply to other countries. And yes you can explain in your SOP, you have to show why the low CGPA and why should they admit you. Take help of a professional counselor to help you with your SOP.

Hi Ashwin, irrespective of the nationality you can check management schools in Europe for MS or MIM programs like HEC Paris, INSEAD , IESE etc . They don't require work experience. MBA programs without work experience is difficult to find, top universities will accept you if you are something extraordinary. Alternatively there are low ranking colleges in Canada, USA etc which you can check. See here

Important dates regarding 2018 admission will be published on website and cut-off will be available in the month of May after class 12th results. According to the cut-off and choices filled, you can visit the campus on the respective dates for admission.
