CS + LLB are core qualifications that can shape your career in the direction of secretarial, legal, corporate governance and corporate and securities laws. Since you are pursuing these qualifications already, am assuming that this is your ultimate goal.
FRM is no doubt a very competitive qualification with an abundant scope and market demand. However, you need to understand that FRM is a qualification solely based and focused on risk, not even financial management. Are you sure you want to specialise in risk management and the sorts? If you do, then CS + LLB is of no use and FRM would be the ideal choice. Although the syllabus would be quite different and so would the approach. Yes, it looks very impressive on your CV but it will have no utility in the field of FRM. Vice versa, if you are pursuing a career in the legal, FRM is hardly useful.
So to sum up, it'll look good on the CV, but will have no use.

When I read the question, the instant answer that came to my mind is CA. No doubt that CA is far more advanced and acceptable in any industry. CWA and CS have comparatively fewer opportunities.
If you are doing CA then you should complete it within 4 years. Not more than that to achieve everything on time otherwise your life will be tough if you started getting flunked.
Start working with studies instantly. Work is a very important part of CA, without working, you can't get the true meaning of CA.
I will not write much about CWA and CS because the scope of both the courses is very limited as compared to CA. CWA takes around 3-years but the syllabus has been changed now and also it has a very low passing percentage. So it will not be easy to clear CWA either but its return in terms of package can't surpass CA. You can get a job in foreign countries with CA. This benefit is not available with courses like CWA and CS.

Yes, your marks and your attempt get counted everywhere you apply. If you are looking for a job in an MNC then you must have scored good marks and have less number of attempts. If you take many attempts then only it's on company's hand. They can give you the job if only they find some real quality compared to others.
Also, if you can explain why you needed those extra attempts, you still have a chance to shine in the Interview and get that coveted articleship.
Generally, this is used as a distinguished between the quality of a student who has the same scores or experiences. Although this may not be an ideal way, the fact that one student could clear the same exam in the first go deserves some amount of preference.
This consideration is only done in the 1st or 2nd job but as you move up the ladder for the work experience, there will be many other skills that you will acquire which will boost your overall profile.
