Admission is based on academic performance in your undergraduate degree programme in any stream. Those who have taken the CAT, MAT and the GMAT exams and have achieved the following cutoffs are exempt from the written test, but may be required to take the interview at the discretion of the admissions office:
CAT 70 percentile

In Delhi University, they say every college is good, but only 2-3 colleges are actually worth, including Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), SRCC (Sri Ram College of Commerce) and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBS). But, these are only cut off based, I.e. merit based. If you're interested in entrance exam based, you might go for GGSIP University, Jamia Milia Islamia or private universities like Amity University, Galgotias, etc.
DU is ranked on the top of all the universities.

The main difference between CA CS studies is that in CS, you are going to learn more about company law and in CA, you are going to learn more about accounting and taxation.

Hi Harman,
It completely depends on the university. Some universities consider CA article ship as work experience while some do not. Also, if you are doing MS and not MBA, you need not to worry about work experience as only MBA programmes require work experience. Please get in touch with the universities for university specific admission requirements.
