After completing your B.Com, you can make career in the field of your interest.
If you want to study further, then there are too many options available like : CA, CS, MBA, M.Com, etc.
But if you want to do a job, then you should start preparation for government job exams like banking exams (PO, clerk, RRB etc.), SSC exams (CGL, CHSL, etc.)
It will be a great option for you.

In terms of knowledge and experience, an MBA graduate comes no where near to a CA.
Only thing is that MBA graduate will possess good communication skills.
