For MBA, there is no limitation or preference of any stream. however with commerce stream you will be more akin to the subjects.

Yes, you can do LLB course after B.com. The duration will be of 3 yrs.
The eligibility criteria for LLB course is that one should have B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com degree with minimum 40% marks in aggregate for general category and 35% in aggregate for SC/ST students. But, you have to pass the entrance exam and personal interview.

B.Com/BBA with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate.
Or
B.Com (Hons) degree with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate.
Or
A graduate with Honours in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Computer Sciences as a subject in the examination.
Pass the final examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with not less than 45% marks in the aggregate.
Scheme of Entrance Test:
The Entrance Test is of 1 hour 30 minutes and shall comprise of one paper comprising 75 Objective Type (Multiple choice having four responses A, B, C & D) carrying one mark each.

Yes, you can join ICA for CIA (Certified Industrial Accountant) course after completing your 12th standard.
It is a Certification courses of 12 months.
Eligibility for ICA-CIA courses:
1. You should have passed 10+2 Examination from any recognized board.

Dear Akhil,
I am sure almost in India, if you want to pursue MBA course, you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. If you belong to the reserved category then 45% needed.

Yes, definitely, you get admission in IIMs but first you have to get very good percentile in CAT, so that you become eligible for IIMs and complete the GD/WAT and PI rounds.
