Aspirants seeking to become a Chartered Accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enroll for CPT after passing the class 10 exam itself.
On passing the +2 examination or a recognized equivalent examination, candidates can write the CPT.
On successful completion of the +2 exam and the CPT, candidates are eligible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC). Candidates have the option of choosing Group I and/or Group II. A

If you wish, you can opt for your choice of course. If you have 60% marks in 12th, then there are slim chances of getting into DU.
So, you have little options left. IP University, Christ University and others who have an entrance examination like Narsee Monjee.
If you go for other private institutions then Amity University, Galgotia University, etc. are available.

B.Com and B.Com (Hons.) are two different courses.
B.Com has low cut-off then B.Com (Hons.), and no conditions of being student in maths.
Yes, you can get in B.Com course at 88 % in south campus and out of campus colleges.

You have monopoly of trade. So, you can pursue B.Com or B.Com (Hons.) After completing this, you can either do CA or you can qualify CAT and pursue a career in MBA.
