Directly, it doesn't as FMS does not give any weightage to your academic profile but indirectly it might affect the perception of the panel regarding your candidature.

Both course combinations are good. If you go for B.Com and CA/CS, you will become a chartered accountant, company secretary, etc.
Coming to BBA and MBA, you will be in the executive line for future. Therefore, decide for yourself as both the options are good.

BBA is Bachelors of Business administration where as B.Com is Bachelors of Commerce. BBA deals with all different aspects of a business like HR, Marketing, Finance etc where as B.Com is purely focused on Commerce. If you are satisfied, please upvote.

BBA launches you headfirst into a professional career after class 12; its much more skill specific than a B. Com. If you are very sure that your aptitude matches to the management study only, your only goal is to get into management career, then BBA would be the best choice for you.
If youre good at crunching numbers or want anything to do in the fields of formal finance like CA, then a B.Com degree should be your clear first choice. Though you can pursue an MBA after B.Com, a managerial MBA is better backed up by a BBA background, especially if further supplemented by solid post-undergraduate work experience.
