You can get into executive level after completing your foundation. Or, after your graduation, you can directly join executive level (except fine arts students). This is the primary/first level course.

There are economics departments and there are titles such as economist, and chief economist. Most economists have Ph.D's in economics, a few have Masters. You find the in government, banks and investment firms, and research firms that are investment advisers, and publication firms that are investment advisers.

Your question is not clear. I assume you want to know which country is better to do CA among New Zealand and India.
If yes - it is important where you want to settle down in India or in New Zealand. If you have plans to go and work in New Zealand then better you study there. As most foreign countries accept their own degrees and certificates.

Yes, of course, you are eligible for CA. Do CPT first and then do CA. But, its a very tough course. Equivalent course is CPA (Chartered Public Accountan).
