B.Com (Hons) is provides student with a wide range of skills in area of Commerce, Accounting and management. It also helps in preparing the students for business enterprises in Account and Finance roles. Some universities allow students to specialize in a particular subject in a final year.
BBM program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing etc. BBM graduates get entry-level supervisor and junior management positions in various types of industries in different management functions. In order to grow in career a BBM graduate would require an MBA to move up the ladder.
If you target is to work in Finance and Accounting then B.Com (Hons) is recommended degree for you else you may opt for BBM.

ACCA is indeed a good certification globally. But, in Indian context, it is still struggling to be relevant primarily because of already established professional certifications like CA and CMA. ACCA provides good exposure in globally relevant areas like IFRS and US GAAP. But again, in India ACCA doesn't have strong base compared to its local counter parts. A local degree course such as MBA along with ACCA can be a good combination in India.
This is my personal opinion. You may research further or take an advice from a qualified ACCA regarding the scenario in India.Duration of the course: Many students want to complete the course fast. If you want something that is of short duration and will give you a lot of expertise in accounting domain, you should pick ACCA. As you will be able to complete ACCA within 2 years along with 3 years of signed-off experience.One has to go through case study which is tougher than ACCA last level of exams.The average salary of ACCA certified professionals is 30,700 pound per annum.
Global recognition: Both ACCA are of international repute. But if you compare between then ACCA is more recognized globally than ACCA. ACCA is recognized in over 180 countries in the world. But in many countries in Asia, If you would like to have a global impact and want to voyage around the world, you should choose ACCA has limited international recognition.
But ACCA has flexibility. Even if you need to have three years of working experience along with two years of course, you can have your experience in finance domain of any company. This simple regulation creates a massive difference and makes ACCA.
