Hi,
As a fresher for management studies after doing BBA or MBA, a fresher tend to get a placement with a package of 5-6 Lacs per anum. This depends on college to college might go even higher. But this is not for regular B.Com.

Dear,
First, complete your graduation with a minimum 50% or more. Compete in the open MAT conducted by IGNOU. If you can crack it, do your MBA from IGNOU. I think that will definitely serve your purpose.

You should be following current news and all the trending topics about H1B sponsors, work permits in US etc. MS Finance, MS Accounts, MBA and MS Management are some programs you can think about.
