Yes, you can pursue B.Com as a part-time course. Also, you can go for distance education.

If you have scored above 50% in your graduation, than you are eligible for admission. If you have scores less, than you can go for Diploma course in management.

If you want to do a business then best option is to go for BBA and MBA. This will help you in learning all the aspects of business management and it's administration. In MBA, you can select MBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management which will give you complete knowledge of business and how to manage and expand as an entrepreneur or businessman.

If you have done B.Com, two options are there. First, you can prepare for CAT and get admission in good B-School so that after completion of MBA, you can get a good job.
