Based on B.Com, I am of the opinion that IT MBA IT will be an ideal higher qualification for you. If you can do some courses to gain BFSI domain knowledge and get IIBA certification to become a qualified BA, any IT company will hire you. With MBA IT you will be qualified for pre-sales support, Sales & Marketing and Account Management roles in IT and ITES companies.

No problem what you had in XII.
While pursuing CA course, everything is taught starting from the basics of accountancy, economics and maths. No worry.
But remember you need to be dedicated and focused on what you are doing. Because lack of attention while doing this course could spoil precious years of your career.

After +2, a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretaryship course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination. No, mathematics is not compulsory to pursue B.Com, but you need to have good knowledge of mathematics, which can help you in calculations.
