Hi,
B.Com(H) honours is for specific specialisation. It requires higher score in 12 boards for admission.B.Com (P) is pass course and indicates general course without any specific specialisation.

Nowadays, majority of private companies use third party vendors for CV, experience and educational qualifications verification. You will get caught if you adopt unethical means. It can lead to not only loss of job but also legal action. You are advised against any such unethical practices.

Accounting Majors in Canada:
This is the default route to become CPA in Canada. If qualified, you will be admitted to the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP).Here is the prerequisite for CPA PEP:
Complete a Bachelor degree in relevant concentration, e.g. B.Comm with an accounting major
Complete the prerequisite learning defined in The CPA Competency Map
Complete at least 120 credit hours or equivalent of education. Others

Yes, it is possible to get into Banking Sector after completing your B.Com studies.
Because in most of the banking exams, the required eligibility criteria is Graduation. You can Apply for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, IBPS RRB & other banking Exams.
To prepare for these exams, you need to focus on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English sections.
