After completing B.Com you will be having options to go for the following course:
MBA
MFM
M.Com
The above mentioned are the Post Graduation courses.
There are few Professional courses also available:
CA
ICWA
CS
All th courses mentioned above are in great demand and whatever course you feel comfortable you can go for the course.
The salaries paid for Professional courses are high compared to the PG courses.

It is very difficult to get a job in UK. You should follow current global affairs and find out recent work permit regulations in UK. It is tough for an international student.

It is better to pursue MA in economics after completing CA with B.Com. Two UG courses will not fetch you anything good.

(c) 3 years law degree I.e. LLB
(d) MCA if you had Maths in class 12 as a subject
(e) Masters in Social work
(f) MA Mass Communication
(g) Join Government where eligibility criteria is graduation degree
(h) Appear for CDS to join Defense Services
(I) Appear for PO and clerical services examination
(j) Join one year courses run by Private bank and BSchools
(k) PG Diploma in Business Analytics
(l) Business Analysis certification from IIBA etc
