The best is which will bring all the skills, abilities in you. So, here are few suggestions:
1. MBA if you wish to be in management sector.
2. CA/CS/ICWA if you like accountancy more.
3. M.com+ B.Ed if you wish to in education sector.
4. IAS if you wish to go in bureaucracy.
5. Diplomas in finance/taxation/law etc are also possible.

You can apply for Banking exams or Public Service exams or MBA preparation. You can apply for IBPS-PO to get job in banks. You can prepare for UPSC or States public service commission exam.

To pursue engineering in any field, a a student needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% throughout in 12th standard board examination. Since, you don't qualify this eligibility criteria, so you are not eligible for engineering.

As far as a B.Com degree is concerned it is designed to enable an individual to get advanced knowledge in special subjects, accommodate latest happenings.
