ICWA and CS are professional course whereas PGDM is generalist in nature wherein you have pick up a specialization. All these have good career opportunities, however you need to first decide on your interest areas and then decide to pursue any of this. ICWA and CS are to be pursued by self-study whereas for PGDM yon have the option of pursuing it by attending college. PGDM tenure could range from 1.5 years to 2 years (full time course) where as ICWA/CS can be completed within 2 years based on your personal preparation. Many a times candidates pursue CA/ICWA along with other post graduate courses thus try and seek double qualificatio

Which field do you want to opt for? Just focus on that particular course as it will help in your career. If you want to go in management then go for BBA, but first of all research about the subjects included in that course and learn about them.

There are many courses which you can opt after 12th, it depends on you in which field you want to go ahead, it can be BBA, B.Com, hotel management, journalism and mass communication, BCA and many more. So, choose according to your interest.

Why are you so confused with your own life and future plans? What to choose is all about your interest. No one else can better decide what is good for you. You should listen to yourself.
Now, let think a while, why you chose B.Com?
You must have had opted for B.Com either of your interest or being a line available to you that time, or may be something else.
-If you find yourself interested in the same subject and wanted to know more about your very own subject then continue your studies in the same line then go for M.Com. It will surely enhance your knowledge and your perspective for the same.
