Both the course have their identity and demand you may choose according to your interest. In both field have different types of jobs and demands are in market. For instance you go for B.SC you can do B. Ed after and can find teaching job but if you want some challanging jobs you may go for B. Com also, it's totally up to you.

It is a wrong thought that BBA / MBA is tough for Science students. I have studied Science, in Hsc , BCA and MSc-C.S etc.but i was so interested in Management. So i did my second degree in Business Administration-BBA.Later Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management(PGDBM).
I feel Management / Commerce subjects are more easy to learn. But one thing is true that for HSc-Humanities holders, it is hard to study Problem Papers like Business Maths / Quantitative Techniques, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost / Management Accounting etc.But do not think that it is so tough.
BBA is a good option to start your career in

That would strictly depend on the kind of job you are interested in. If you are looking for a job of an Auditor, then Masters in Accounting makes more sense. If you are looking for Finance job, MBA is better.
