Dear Deepak,
Considering that you want to take up a job abroad, there are 2 aspects that you need to work on. Joining relevant qualification and developing the right skills to get selected in an overseas job role.
My learned friend Neeraj, has recommended an MBA which undoubtedly is a great option if you get selected in one of the top 10 MBA colleges of India. Alternatively, I would recommend one of the following courses.
1. PG Diploma in Banking & Finance with Specialization in International Trade Finance - This is a very specialized course in banking & finance which prepares you to become an international banker. After this you have both choices - Work from India serving international banking of Importer/Exporter/NRIs or Go overseas and serve the banking needs of Indian customers living in those countries. The integrated certification with the program is recognized globally.
2. Chartered Financial Analyst - An equivalent program of CA in India is CFA globally. The best thing is that you can pursue it while still being in India and then apply for jobs globally.
3. Certified Financial Planner - A wealth advisory profile and qualification that is recognised in 72 countries. Once you are a CFP, you will have to apply for jobs with companies who serve NRI customers globally.
But remember that qualification alone will not get you an international job assignment. You will have to work on your skills and grow in international exposure. To get a job in almost any country, you will need to clear an International English Assessment exam. But all of this can be learnt with practice and persistence.
