Dear Irfan,
Yes you can without any doubt but you need to work hard to understand the foundation of subjects like accounts , business studies, economics and taxation .
I have seen many students who had changed their stream after 12th due to their interest and passion.
You can pursue courses like Economics hons, BBA, B.com pass programme , Actuarial Science , ca or cs too.
So decide the programme according to your career aim.
All the best

Hi
Is it job you are talking about or further course in finance and accounting. For jobs, just sign up at professional portals like Linkedin, Naukri.com, Sarkarinaukri.com, indgovtjob.com etc as they advertise for all jobs from entry level and more.
For courses, you hv the options of taking pg diplomas in finance and accounting, taxation etc. Actuarial science is also good options. Courses like CFA, CMA ,ACCA etc for abroad can also be seen.
Hope this suffice.
