Yes you can without any doubt but you need to work hard to understand the foundation of subjects like accounts , business studies, economics and taxation .
I have seen many students who had changed their stream after 12th due to their interest and passion.
You can pursue courses like Economics hons, BBA, B.com pass programme , Actuarial Science , ca or cs too.
So decide the programme according to your career aim.

Is it job you are talking about or further course in finance and accounting. For jobs, just sign up at professional portals like Linkedin, Naukri.com, Sarkarinaukri.com, indgovtjob.com etc as they advertise for all jobs from entry level and more.
For courses, you hv the options of taking pg diplomas in finance and accounting, taxation etc. Actuarial science is also good options. Courses like CFA, CMA ,ACCA etc for abroad can also be seen.

MBA is better than PGDCA, since it's a degree and it's globally recognized same isn't the case with PGDCA, and MBA carries wider and number of career options and good job options with good package as well.

Considering that you want to take up a job abroad, there are 2 aspects that you need to work on. Joining relevant qualification and developing the right skills to get selected in an overseas job role.
My learned friend Neeraj, has recommended an MBA which undoubtedly is a great option if you get selected in one of the top 10 MBA colleges of India. Alternatively, I would recommend one of the following courses.
