Assam Don Bosco University offers a two-year MBA programme and candidates who have cleared the admission process for the course are eligible to pay the course fee. The course fee for MBA at Assam Don Bosco University is INR 4.20 Lacs per annum. The total course fee for the two year programme is INR 8.40 lakh. 
ADBU also offers MBA in Aviation Technology and candidates are admitted based on their CAT and MAT scores.
