The scope of aeronautical engineering is fundamentally in the field of aviation research and in any other field associated with flying objects. There is also requirement of these professionals in the field of quality control wherever aero structures or aviation related objects / items are being manufactured. On lighter note, these graduates can appear for civil services exam or join armed forces or go for MBA! Present CEO of Infosys is on fact Aeronautical Engineer!

They can perform design function, quality control, production supervision etc. Related any and all aspects of any flying object. This list is only as a sample and is not an exhaustive list.
