The Aeronautical Engg. course duration depends on the course level at which you're studying the course. For UG courses, the duration is 4 years in general. For PG Aeronautical Engg. courses, the usual time frame is 2 years. If you plan for a Diploma right after Class 10, you need to invest 3 years in the Aeronautical Engineering Diploma course.

If you are very much inclined towards the research field, you can also go for a PhD course in Aeronautical Engineering which is 3 to 6 years long, depending on the research topic you've chosen and the university where you're pursuing the doctorate course.
