You have to clear JEE, and according to your rank, you will get college and branch. If you get good rank, then you can get aeronautical engineering.

There are plenty of opportunities after completion of aeronautical engineering with a good graduation. Government companies like DRDO is very beneficial to you, if you focus on this and ISRO, HAL, there are many chances to get into a job. Just try hard and hope for the best.

This Institute in Vadodara is neither giving info about cutoffs nor it is giving information about fees. But I suppose first class marks in 12th would be sufficient and fees are about Rs.1L per annum.

If you want to become a pilot, then definitely there will be an issue of eyesight. Other than pilot there are many opportunities which you can prefer in aeronautical engineering which is not having any issue with the eyesight.
