Frankfin is a very reputed name for training in cabin crew and also aircraft maintenance areas. This and all similar institutions have a syllabus that is set by the University since it's the university which will be giving degree of BSc in AME. You can get complete syllabus from Frankfin or the concerned university.
Best wishes to you.

Even though information pertains to 2018, you can extrapolate it to 2019 or 2020.
