Hello Vino,It is quite interesting to know that after completion of your Aeronautical Engineering, you want to go for aircraft maintenance areas. One needs training on certain transport AC and license from DGCA. I suggest you approach any Institute offering B.Sc in AME and seek their help in passing DGCA exam. If they are not helping then you need to go through this three year course again. Best wishes to you.

Hello Bipin,
Telangana government offers scholarships but if it's applicable to you or not can be found out from the link attached. https://www-buddy4study-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/www.buddy4study.com/article/amp/top-scholarships-for-students-of-telangana?amp_js_v=a2&_gsa=1&usqp=mq331AQA#referrer=https://www.google.com&_tf=From %1$s&share=https://www.buddy4study.com/article/top-scholarships-for-students-of-Telangana
However, I would like to advise you that do not depend on scholarships, instead you can approach a bank for giving you education loan that needs to be paid back once you start earning. Best wishes to you.
