It is difficult to get Aeronautical with that score since the cutoff has been going higher every year. You should definitely try for multiple rounds of counseling and giving your name for the waitlist. Considering the increased intake of the branch, you might be able to manage a seat.

Hello Muhammad,
I am afraid one can not legally work on an aircraft as maintenance engineer without license from DGCA. But all the institutes offering AME enable students to take on this license exam.

This college does not actually offer engineering degree approved by AICTE but is offering AME and other aviation related courses. I would advise you to take this course since after the course institute enables students to obtain required DGCA licence. The admission in this college that was established in 1994, is as per norms of eligibility laid down by Anna University. From this year onwards the entrance exam in TN is scrapped and basis is marks obtained in 12th.
