You can appear for the CET entrance exam in Bangalore. Try hard and score well, NMIT is the best college for aeronautical engineering. Even, I am pursuing there. Coming to free structure, it surely depends on your rank nearly you will be paying INR 1 lacs per annum.

It will be nearly INR. 14 Lacs - INR 15 Lacs per annum, as the subject is too difficult. And only few prefer aeronautical engineering, so you will be getting more salary in the beginning only, later it depends on your experience.
