There is nothing called as aircraft engineering, but it is known as aeronautical engineering and this has a good future in coming 5 to 10 years. And related to that you can get information on internet as it is a vast subject.

Hello Saurav,
The admission is based on your board exam marks only. You need to enroll for a single window counseling program (TNEA) through which you will be allotted colleges.
There will be a separate admission portal, if you are not a Tamil Nadu native candidate.

You need to opt for national or state level engineering entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, VITEEE, MHTCET, UPSEE, etc. Secure a good rank in the same and option for aeronautical as an engineering stream.

It's good that you have interest in the aeronautical engineering.
It will be better to go with IITs as they are government colleges and have latest technologies to teach and learn with.
There are 4 IITs which provide engineering program in aeronautics.
IIT-Bombay
IIT-Kharagpur
IIT-Madras
