If you too are absorbed by ISRO, under the new placement, the bond period will be of 3 years, which actually is an advantage. A degree in aerospace and a work experience of 3 years in a core aerospace organisation like ISRO makes a really good profile for higher studies. However, keep in mind that, as of now, the area of work assigned is random. Here an example. You wanted to do some analysis job but what you got was an inspection job. While applying for higher studies, the profile built during those three years would have been useful, if you were planning to do the Masters in the same domain, otherwise, start afresh.

Hello dear
Hindustan aerospace & engineering is an institution situated in Pune that offers aircraft maintenance courses. These will not fetch you either B.Tech or B.E degrees since courses offered are not approved by AICTE. But since these are approved by DGCA you get employment opportunities on maint of AC of commercial airlines.
Best wishes!

Hello Vineesh,
It is indeed nice to see your enthusiasm for pursuing aerospace engineering. You need to pass your 12th with good marks and then clear CET of your state or JEE Mains & JEE advanced for admission in IIT. You may also attempt clearing CET of deemed to be universities offering this course.

Definitely, you can, but you can do in some area only, as from me, I am doing my aerospace engineering and in my field, I am studying avionics subject which is taught by ECE faculty, because avionics is based on fully electronics. So, you can go with Masters in aerospace engineering (Avionics), if you are interested.

Cheers to your perception. Its good that you shifted your focus from JEE to Masters entrance. Talking about IIEST, an interesting fact about this college is that unlike other colleges, who have their starting rank in CSE or CST, starting rank of IIEST comes from Aerospace department. The reason being the academic excellence of the faculty here. Whether you want to further pursue masters or not, thorough knowledge of your B. Tech. or B. E. syllabus is always advised. You will get an opportunity to complete your bachelors degree under highly influential professors and with some diligence and hard work, you can even prepare for masters en
