There are certain hallowed institutes in India itself like the IITs including IIT Kharagpur, IIT Mumbai, Jadavpur University and some other private engineering colleges which offer Bachelor of Engineering degree in aeronautical course and many more upcoming colleges which will tend to offer this course. It completely depends on your potential and your ranking in varoius entrance exams as to which college you get into if you want to pursue aeronautical degree. I would mostly ask you to prefer the old prestigious IITs and certain other government colleges only because the placement record for those colleges is good indeed and the faculty is also a renowned one.
