Answer is here. Friend, there are a lot of talented students who are not qualified for IIT but dear, don't you worry about date. If someone from IIT and another student of non-IIT gives an interview but IIT students don't have skills but non-IIT student has skills, then interviewer don't see the degree of college. He searches the best talent for the job. Best of luck dear. Try for private colleges.

For B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, you must qualify JEE Mains and also hold a decent rank in JEE Advanced. Since, you hadn't given JEE Main, I don't think you have any chance of doing that. Also based on your 10+2 marks, you are not eligible for IIT Kanpur, even for NITs and IIITs.
