Hello Shlok Vaidya, VIT at Bhopal offers of full time 4 years degree course in engineering. It is not an online course and student is expected to attend classes on the regular basis. To explain to you further UGC has debarred offering of engineering courses or rather any professional course online or through postal correspondence.
