There are few entries at air force which specifically mention class 10th and class 12th score of individual subject rest just ask for overall 60 percent.

Hello Sonali, It's very nice to SEE that you are interested in joining the Indian airforce via AFCAT exam. The basic criteria is, the prospective candidate should have 60% in 10th and also in graduation.

AFCAT 2020 eligibility criteria : Final year students are eligible to apply provided they do not have any backlogs. They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks up to the last semester/year. They are required to submit proof of passing their degree by November 15, 2020. So you can apply here subjected to the submission of B.Tech passing proof by November 15. 2020.
