According to the college, fees are different. For ICAR, your fees is INR. 10, 000 per annum (central agriculture) for other state colleges, fees differ it may be INR. 30000- INR. 45000 excluding hostel fees.

In terms of recruitment and stats, Visva Bharati is much better than BCKV. Moreover, people from various region wants to study in Visva Bharati due to its reputation. They will release the notification regarding the admission. Also, you should go through the ICAR AIEEA prospectus and see the list of universities under ICAR accordingly. Check their websites to see the detailed admission procedure.

Yes, you can go with these subjects since only physics and chemistry are compulsory. 3rd subject can be either biology/agriculture/maths.
