According to the college, fees are different. For ICAR, your fees is INR. 10, 000 per annum (central agriculture) for other state colleges, fees differ it may be INR. 30000- INR. 45000 excluding hostel fees.

It would be quite tough to predict any college for you as your rank is quite low. You will not be able to get good college with this rank. But try for all rounds in counselling.

In terms of recruitment and stats, Visva Bharati is much better than BCKV. Moreover, people from various region wants to study in Visva Bharati due to its reputation. Yes, you can go with these subjects since only physics and chemistry are compulsory. 3rd subject can be either biology/agriculture/maths.

According to your category, you get admission, if you general, then it's very much difficult. Within 5000 rank, you will get a seat in ICAR.
