Dear Anjali,
You can work as an "Airport Manager" but for this u have to be MBA from a reputable college. Hence I am suggesting u to go for MBA. But even if you have did your B.Com from a prestigious and reputed universities (or college) with having excellent academics then might you can apply for 'Assistant Mangers' or junior manager. Aviation industry is generally for engineers, MBAs and IT personnel. So at first you might face some barrier to step your foot in this industry but don't look back. This industry is awesome for freshers.

You can directly apply in different airlines which are advertised in national newspapers and other mass media.Air hostesses are expected to be smartly dressed and well groomed at all the times.
Eligibility to become Air Hostess
Age Limit: Candidate age limit within 17 years to 26 years.
Height: Minimum 5 ft and 2 inches with balanced weight.
Status (Martial): Unmarried
Eye Sight - Normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected in both eyes.
Language: Hindi, English and any other foreign languages.
Complexion: Clear complexion.
Other conditions: Medical Fit, Having Indian Passport.

An IndiGo captain will now earn Rs. 6.01 Lacs every month for 70 hours of flying and over Rs. 7 Lacs for 90 hours. For cabin crew attendant, the salary has been increased to Rs 31,000 every month while a senior cabin attendant will earn Rs 40,000.

Air hostess is one profession desired by women graduates especially from cities like Mumbai and Delhi. After the liberalisation in aviation sector, job opportunities for air hostess professionals have increased multi-fold. It is one of the highest paid professions for women in India. More than ones education, personality traits are important for pursuing a career in this.
