The TNEA counseling is conducted by the Anna University. It is conducted for all colleges in Tamil Nadu, not only for Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology. The result date for the is usually decided from the TNEA schedule released officially by the Tamil Nadu Government. Generally, results are announced 2-3 months after the process has been started. For example, in 2024, the process was started on 6th May 2024 and the results were announced on 13th August 2024. In 2025, the process for first round was started on 7th May and the results are expected to be released by 17th week of July.

The faculty at the Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology is experienced and talented. The college has been rated 3.8 out of 5 for faculty. Most of the teachers at the college are highly qualified and knowledgeable,. Most of the teachers hold PhD degrees in the relevant field. They are friendly and supportive.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech course at Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology require the student to have a minimum of 45% in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in the TNEA counseling. Admission to any course at Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology JPNCE is not done based on the scores obtained in the TNEA counseling exam. To be eligible for the Bachelor of Technology course at the college, the candidate must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in class 12th in a relevant stream from any recognised board.

Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology offers only BTech and MTech courses. Admission to the courses can be considered difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the TNEA counseling and GATE exams, respectively. Direct admission is also possible under the management quota, but, that requires more marks in previous qualification than normal admission.

No, admissions are not currently open for any course at Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology. The college offers BTech and MTech courses. Admission to the BTech courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the TNEA counseling. Applications for the counseling generally open in the month of May and are currently closed. Admission to the MTech courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the CEETA exam. Applications for the exam generally open in the month of Jan and are currently closed. However, you can currently apply for direct admission under the management quota.
