As per media report 2022, a total of 722 students got selected at Infosys during the placement year 2023. A total of 48 students have been selected for the post of Software programmer with a salary package of INR 9.50 LPA. Apart from this, 186 students were selected for the post of Digital Software Engineer with a salary package of INR 6.25 LPA. The remaining 488 students were placed as Software Engineer with a salary package of INR 3.60 LPA.

The selection of candidates to AKTU's BTech programme is based on their UPSEE ranks. The counselling process is also managed and regulated by UPSEE based on which the candidates are allotted seats.
