After B.Com, you can apply for post graduate programme in Mass media or Journalism, to become news anchor in Television. You can also apply for various PG Diploma programme of Journalism.

Hey,
Why planning to settle for a diploma? As you have already cleared 12th, go for BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from this institute. It's a top level institute and once you get to study here, your life is set. And for anchoring and reader, mostly graduates are chosen.

For sports, anchor you should have good conversation skills along with a UG degree, mostly in BA Language. Then, you should have some handsome experience about the anchoring field also. Then, you can apply for the same.
