Government Nursing College in Kurnool is the best place for B.Sc. It is affiliated with NTR universities of health sciences. You had not mentioned the type of B.Sc. but B.Sc. Duration in this particular course is 4 years and average fee structure for this group is INR 8000 to 30000 based on the group. Eligibility for this group is 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry Biology. And admissions are based on the entrance exam. Rating for this college is also 4.2.

Candidates that get the top 100 ranks can get into the A grade participating college of Andhra Pradesh ICET. These include top colleges such as SVU, JNTU, SVEC, etc. Candidates have to face tough competition for these colleges. Candidates with a rank between 101 and 1000 can expect to get admission in a B grade Andhra Pradesh ICET participating college.

The admissions will be based on the merit secured by the students. Passing the JEE main entrance examination is required for admission to UG courses.
Based on the 2021 cut-off as available on the Shiksha website, the JEE cutoff for SPA Vijayawada College has been around 575. There are very few seats available for this course, making competition high. Therefore, there is a very less possibility that you will get admission to this college with a rank of around 4583. This year's cut-off has not been declared yet. That's why I can not provide proper information.
