Yes, you can get admission in CSE in Thapar University. Yes, you can go for MBA after B.Sc with any of the specializations as the eligibility criteria for taking admission in MBA is:
Pass with 60% marks in your Bachelors degree + you have to write an entrance test and an interview, it may vary with the university you choose.

Hello Yashwanth, It's quite nice & interesting query that you have raised. Of course everyone attempting CET's must be aware of it since non adherence may lead to missing the exam! I could not get anything from EAMCET but I gave from NTA.
