Hello Jaswanth,
You have stated that your OBC rank is about 23000 while CRL rank is about 80000. In all these institutions put together there are approximately 50000 seats, out of these roughly 25% are for OBC non creamy layer. So you can imagine where do you stand. However getting admission is very dynamic and depends on many variables, hence you may still have chances of getting admission.
