You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try.AU considers a very better score than this.If possible try for other affiliated institutions which follow the same syllabi pattern.

It’s not possible to get into government universities, but you have great chances of getting into good private institutes.

The chances of a non-local getting a seat are less, but you may even attempt TS EAMCET for better chances for getting into CBIT. You need to get a good rank to ensure a free seat.
