APLAWCET 2018 Eligibility
As per APLAWCET eligibility criteria candidates seeking admission in law courses on offer at Universities and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh should be Indian Nationals and further need to satisfy local/non-local status that is laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974. Apart from this, aspirants who are not Indian nationals but still wish to apply for admissions in law courses offered at Andhra Pradesh colleges need to satisfy the rules and regulations as laid down by the respective Universities.
Candidates are eligible to apply for APLAWCET 2018 for LLB (5 years) course admissions if they have passed two year Intermediate Examination in the 10+2 pattern. Here, candidates also need to ensure that they secure atleast 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam or any other exam recognised to be equivalent by the University, Board of Intermediate Andhra Pradesh as well as Bar Council of India.
Candidates who belong to the SC/ST category meet the eligibility criteria for APLAWCET 2018 if they secure 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. The official website for APLAWCET 2018 informs: Qualifying marks in APLAWCET-2018 is 35% (I.e 42 Marks out of 120 marks) and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates.
Age Limit: There is no maximum age limit for admission in 5 year LLB programmes on the basis of a candidates score in APLAWCET.

Andhra University-Visakhapatnam would be a better choice among the 2 options. It has a very good infrastructure needed for architecture education. Also, It has an evolved syllabus that is more apt for Bachelors in architecture. Not just this, the college is also having a good faculty strength with many faculties having done their Masters. Not only that, it is well recognised outside India and would give a better opportunity for higher education or work. MEASI Academy also has a good faculty strength. But comparatively, Andhra University-Visakhapatnam would be a better choice than MEASI Academy of Architecture for Bachelors in architecture education.
