As per APLAWCET eligibility criteria candidates seeking admission in law courses on offer at Universities and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh should be Indian Nationals and further need to satisfy local/non-local status that is laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974. Apart from this, aspirants who are not Indian nationals but still wish to apply for admissions in law courses offered at Andhra Pradesh colleges need to satisfy the rules and regulations as laid down by the respective Universities.

I don't think that you can go for a full-time course now, but if you want to do it through distance then you can do it from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). It's one of the best universities for distance learning.
