Sorry to say that, you cannot apply for KCET examination being from another state as the eligibility criteria specify that any candidate wishes to appear for the entrance examination should have studied and passed in one or more government or government recognised institutions in the state of Karnat

The eligibility is you need to have passed BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BFA. The fee is Rs. 17,600. You need to appear for Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET).
