Although it does not have a specific ranking on national or international lists, Quantum University's Quantum School of Media Studies and Design is acknowledged as a strong institution for BSc programs in Animation and VFX. It is renowned for providing students with a thorough education and real-world experience to get them ready for careers in visual effects and animation. It is becoming more well-known in India for its high caliber instruction and industry ties, despite not being as highly regarded as some older universities.

There isn't a single "Animation College" with a universally recognised world ranking. Here's why:
- There are numerous animation schools and programs around the world, each with its own strengths and focus areas.
- Different ranking systems use various criteria to evaluate animation schools, making it difficult to have a single, universally accepted world ranking. Some might emphasize industry reputation, faculty expertise, student outcomes, or curriculum content.
