Yes, it is a good option for better scope, as you could continue with Ph.D later. But, also depends on your graduate study as you were a student of zoology, it is totally a different study, you need to choose the best, Good luck.

For applying to Master in Anthropology, you need to have need to have completed their Master's degree in philosophy, some colleges accept may accept Masters degree graduates in any other discipline as well. If the necessary entrance tests have been cleared at the Masters level, the candidates may be credited for the same and can bypass it while pursuing their Ph.D. under the UGC. Colleges offering this cousre are Savitribai Phule Pune University, Punjab University, GD Goenka University, Hans Raj College, Viva Bharati University.

XLRI Jamshedpur is the best institute in India for HR. Other than that, most of the premier institutes which comes under top 20 and offers HR programme are decent enough to join. Try for XLRI, if you can.
