These are five best universities to study architecture in Germany:
BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg
ABK Stuttgart
RWTH Aachen
TUM Munich
and Bauhaus Weimar University

Hi,
If you plan to work in India later, you need to complete 5 years of degree and register with CoA, Council of Architecture. While with German degree you may work abroad, in India you need to fulfil this criteria.
