Hello Nandhakrishnan,
The required subjects in 10+2 is English and Mathematics only. So, you are eligible to do B.Arch provided you have cleared +2 with minimum of 50%.
You should also appear for entrance exams like NATA, JEE main paper 2 etc. to secure admission into the good colleges for B.Arch.

Eligibility for B.Arch. Candidates should have minimum score of 40% in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) I.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year B.Arch.

If there is a tie-up with your current university, and Pune university, you may be eligible for a lateral entry in 2nd year. You would also require a minimum grade to qualify for lateral entry. You should check with your university's admission department for the same.
