If there is a tie-up with your current university, and Pune university, you may be eligible for a lateral entry in 2nd year. You would also require a minimum grade to qualify for lateral entry. You should check with your university's admission department for the same.

Each course has its own pros and cons. Some people find aeronautical engineering tough while others find a course in architecture tougher. You should pursue a course where your interests lie, and one which you feel comfortable doing/studying.

The cut-off is minimum marks a student is expected to score in order to pursue B.Arch.
Candidates are expected to have 40% or more marks to qualify in the NATA exam. They have to obtain at least 80 marks out of 200.
