Hi,
Please refer to the link provided below for details on admission criteria and eligibility to gain admission into the college of your choice. Your 12th results seem to be fine but your NATA score is low. You will get a more accurate picture if you get in touch with the college admissions bureau. You could also try for admission through management quota.

CENGAGE is the best textbook for maths and physics. NCERT and Pradeep are the good choice for chemistry.
