First of all, congratulations on securing such a high score in NATA. Yes definitely you will get admission in colleges outside Maharashtra. Some good colleges for your reference would be -

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, I.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, I.e. Architecture.
There are a lot of NATA coaching centers in Delhi,since I cant recollect the names, I would suggest you to sketch a lot and train your hands and mind, to sketch better every time you start to sketch. Other than that you need study a few aptitude questions about ge

Cutoff varies from college to college of your preference. I would say a score of 130-150 in NATA exam would be a safer bet for good colleges.

NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. It is an entrance examination which measures the aptitude of the applicant for study of Architecture. Any person who has passed 10th standard or equivalent examination and above are eligible to appear in NATA examination. But, to get admission in B.Arch. course through NATA examination, you must have qualified an aptitude test in architecture and must have secured at least 50% marks in your 12th standard in your 12th standard or equivalent examinations with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognised board. HSC scores + NATA score or HSC Scores + JEE score is what is generally accepted in CEPT. Other than these, CEPT has a admission test / Procedure.

Goa has only 1 architecture college and it is called Goa College of Architecture – Panaji.
You can refer to the list of the institutions approved by Council of Architecture:

If you are looking at colleges in Bangalore, I would suggest BGS School of Architecture and Planning.

Yes, you can. It depends on the scores submitted to JJ college, if there are higher marks submitted by students, you may not get a seat. I would say 80% in HSC and 140 marks in NATA will be on a safer side.
